Diane is an incredible person and professional. She is everything you would want from a professional - caring, honest, thoughtful. She is able to get me to see things in ways I never considered. When I am in my session with her, I know that all of her focus is on my situation. I owe a lot of my personal development to my sessions with her. Keep in mind, I am the type of person who has no problem writing a negative review about a restaurant for bad service. There are no cookie cutter reviews coming from me. Diane really is great at her job and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Everything that happens to us gets experienced through both the body and the mind. Emotions, beliefs, past experiences, and trauma get stored in our physical bodies as well as our mental bodies. I am a firm believer in the mind-body connection and the profound healing that comes from integrating both.
It is my belief that every individual possesses the innate ability to heal themselves. However, we all need guidance to help us along this path of healing, self-discovery, and self-acceptance so that we can learn and grow from our experiences. Whether you are recovering from trauma, want to address age-old wounds, or are simply overwhelmed by living in a fast-paced, chaotic city, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment for you to give voice to your story. I offer concrete tools and skills for you to utilize both in and out of therapy. By working with unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs that may be consciously or unconsciously held, we are able to create shifts in thinking, feeling, and behavior that lead to a happier and healthier you.
My therapeutic approach involves drawing from various theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).I have been providing counseling and therapeutic services for the past 9 years with a wide array of clients and presenting problems, including anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and adjusting to life changes. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) and have been teaching for the past 5 years.
It is my hope that our work together will allow you to heal and grow in order to become the very best version of you!

Diane is friendly and understanding, but does not shy away from discussing difficult and challenging topics. After talking with her, I always feel like I have a clearer understanding of the problems in my own life. She is like a coach, encouraging me to make better decisions.
