My visits with Dipesh have been really positive and insightful. Dipesh has been very supportive and empathetic while also giving me the safe space to challenge long held limiting beliefs and overcome trauma associations. I've had other therapists before, but with Dipesh I feel seen and heard. He has a great memory, so he's able to give great advice, ask thought provoking questions, all in an a way that's easy to understand. Our sessions have allowed me to think differently about myself and learn to use healthy coping mechanisms. So thankful for his help!

Dr. Patel is very easy to talk to and makes you feel safe. It didn’t feel like I had to bring up difficult topics and open up; rather it happened naturally in how he guided the sessions. I feel I’ve made progress with my issues, have more clarity and self awareness, and my mental health is improving.
