I come from a simpler time of life–where a handshake was as good as a contract–where slow but steady wins out over fast or glitzy. Where the old ways of doing things are continued not because they are old but because they work. My focus of care is to help people gain control of their life–get their “Happy” back. People often react to the “Flame” of their life burning out of control – I help you regain control and an understanding of the “FUEL” that keeps the flame burning.
A Master’s from U of H – Clear Lake with 40+ years of experience starting with managing a suicide crisis hotline, helping individuals deal with anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, re-careering, aging, forced early retirement, grief, and life transitions– I value an orderly way of living combined with a system of principals for conducting one’s life–“You are what you are before you are you".
