I went to see Drashti only 1 time for rotator cuff tendinitis so far, and I was incredibly pleased with her thoughtful, careful diagnosis of my condition. Moreover, her massage technique to loosen up my tense muscles in my back, shoulder and arm was really effective and made me feel much better. When she modeled the stretches and exercises I had to do, she also did so with a great deal of patience and enthusiasm and she seemed to genuinely care about helping me get my shoulder back in order. I am looking forward to our next eight sessions together!

I was referred to have physical therapy for the problem I had with my back. I had difficulty to perform many of my daily tasks both at work and at home. When I came to Starpro, my physical therapist was .Drashi. She remained my PT for the past until my last session. My experience with Drashi was different to what i was accustomed to. From the beginning she took the time to explain the problem I had with my back in ways that I could understand. She also instructed me how important that it was for her and I to work as a team n order to get successful outcome. Drashi's attention to me during my sessions and her continuous efforts to instruct and educate me on the correct way to do my exercises, on correct posture . Before my sessions would begin, she would take a few minutes to go over my home exercises and any questions or concerns that I have so that she could help me better. Drashi's did not only gave me exercises to do on my own; she would also take the time to work on my back with her hands so that she could get a better understanding of the issues with my back. Drashi is very professional and enjoys her work as a physical therapist. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking to have a good PT.

Really poorly run office. Had me waiting 20min to verify my insurance so could not start the session, told me not to use Zocdoc to book (WHY ARE YOU ON ZOCDOC IF YOU DON’T WANT PEOPLE TO USE IT???) and so double booked another client at the same time when it’s my first session and told me she will pay more attention to me. And then the back office employee called me on my phone after waiting 20min in the office to get my insurance info (which was already provided on zocdoc), after getting all the info from me, she said she needs 2-3 days to verify it….i’m like what???? By this point, i had lost 30min, did not get a pt session, and wasted so much of my time.
The worst experience ever. Will never come here or refer anyone and will actively spread my experience.
