Dylan takes a creative and mindfulness-based approach to therapy. She utilizes strength-based interventions, art therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy in her work with clients. She has a passion for working with individuals on the full spectrum of substance use—whether they are exploring how drinking or substance use may not be serving them or are seeking to build long-term sobriety. Additionally, she enjoys providing education and support to loved ones impacted by addiction.
Dylan is passionate about helping individuals connect with the best versions of themselves through deepening insight into patterns and developing the willingness to change what isn’t working. She firmly believes that we hold the answers within ourselves, but sometimes need help accessing this inner wisdom.
