Unacceptable experience. Doesn't seem like a seasoned professional. No virtual visit instructions. I contacted the support line; they said that there was a system issue & walked me through everything hurriedly which took 20 min. I was sent several forms filled them out, but main form (Adult questionnaire) was never shared with me. Therefore, as soon as I finally get on video with the provider-w/ only about 30 min left, she didn't introduce herself. She went right into asking questions from the form and about 10 min into our conversation diagnosed me based on a few boxes she check off. I stopped her and asked if she could introduce herself and let her know that I was concerned about the transactional experience and uncomfortable with feeling like she was building a mental health case profile opposed to taking time to warm up the conversation. After several quiet long pauses (which ate up more time) as she filled out the form, the session was over just like that.
