Do you have habits, hang-ups, or relationship problems that you just can't seem to shake? Have you sensed that you may benefit from talking about your issues but haven't known where to start? I aim to give my clients an opportunity to discuss their struggles, process their emotions, and work toward practical solutions. I enjoy helping clients gain a better understanding of what their problems really are and collaborating with them on setting realistic goals. I believe everyone is capable of learning healthy coping skills that can make life more manageable. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or relationship issues, I'm here to help. I understand that whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you've been down this road before, it can be difficult to come to counseling. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I strive to be compassionate while also utilizing evidence-based approaches such as DBT and CBT. I believe you are capable of making the changes you desire to make; take that first step! I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
