I aim to give my clients an opportunity to discuss their struggles, process their emotions, and work toward practical solutions. I enjoy helping clients gain a better understanding of what their problems really are and collaborating with them on setting realistic goals. I believe everyone is capable of learning healthy coping skills that can make life more manageable.
Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or relationship issues, I'm here to help. I understand that whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you've been down this road before, it can be difficult to come to counseling. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I strive to be compassionate while also utilizing evidence-based approaches such as DBT and CBT. I believe you are capable of making the changes you desire to make; take that first step!
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
