“She helped me so much and had been helping heal my past. She helped me feel more empowered, see how my past negative experiences effect my present. She gave me not only hope , but a diagnosis and helped me understand my sensitivity to energy from others, having PTSD and Panic/anxiety attacks. I miss speaking with her, due to financial issues at the moment, but I am so looking forward to hopefully seeing her again soon. She truly is amazing, fun, supportive, and genuinely cares.”

Julia is very great as a therapist and human being. She is kind and a good listener and she makes me feel safe to be heard. Her timeline method was so helpful in helping me and I am amazed at how much we discovered about me just from building a timeline. I'm amazed at how much her kindness and knowledge has helped me. I would recommend her to everyone I know without hesitation.
