I've only met with Eleni twice so far, but in that short time, she's easily become the best therapist I've ever had. She is very warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and she asks appropriate questions that help me to gain insight into myself and the things that I do. I'm eager to go to therapy now because I know I'm actually getting something out of it.

There are many things in life that can prevent us from moving forward and reaching our potential. My work focuses on your current struggles and finding ways to overcome them at your own pace in a safe environment. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is the most important element in this process. I look at each client as someone with unique needs and I will utilize whatever approach will be most effective and in your best interest.
I am trained in EMDR, which is a type of treatment that can help to alleviate symptoms that are a result of past memories, current conflicts, or future events. Additionally I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist and can provide court mandated services.
I speak Greek fluently and have a deeper understanding of adjusting to a new environment and the struggles that go along with that. I have worked with individuals that have been exposed to various traumas, including emotional, physical and sexual abuse, as well as accidents and illnesses.
