Grayson is a licensed clinical social worker and an associate therapist at the group practice of Dr. Chloe Carmichael. She holds a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University. Grayson is a warm and engaging therapist who creates a safe environment for her clients to explore and effectively manage difficult feelings. She works in partnership with her clients to identify their strengths and develop individualized, attainable treatment goals. Grayson is skilled at helping clients better understand themselves within the context of their relationships and enjoys assisting them in feeling more deeply connected to themselves and others. She empowers clients to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression through cognitive behavioral therapy. Grayson is available Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Mondays and Tuesdays early afternoon through evening; and Thursdays from early morning to mid-afternoon.
