If you are navigating life changes, grief, anxiety, or caregiving challenges, things can feel overwhelming. Many of us are facing greater mental health concerns than ever as we worry about our communities. Initiating therapy can be daunting, but my goal as a therapist is to be as accessible as possible.
I am a clinical social worker with 7+ years of experience working with a range of folks, especially those with LGBTQ+ identities. I have extensive experience with caregivers, older adults, and people experiencing grief or processing trauma. I am kink- and sex- positive and affirming of polyamory and other alternative relationship structures.
I look forward to helping you face your challenges, negotiate your self-expression, navigate your identity, and accomplish your goals.
