Do you feel sad, anxious, or stuck in a pattern of behavior that's not making you happy? Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress? Coming to therapy is a time for you to reflect on yourself, the quality of your life, and your relationships. I provide a supportive, safe, nonjudgmental space to share your feelings and address aspects of yourself and your life that you'd like to change or enhance. I am a licensed mental health counselor who takes a validating and collaborative approach to help address these challenges. I have experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, relational issues, and major life adjustments in a variety of settings, including outpatient, home-based, and educational. I draw the majority of my treatment from evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, DBT, and ACT therapy, while always prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for any meaningful work. If you have preferences regarding treatment or have had success with a specific approach in the past, I will do my best to include them in our time together!
