Hi, I am Emily Daniel, a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional counselor. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I work with couples and families in conflict who need help breaking down barriers in communication. The goal is to work as a unit to overcome obstacles and break unhealthy patterns. I also help individuals overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of their wellness.
I work with families and couples to find common ground and open lines of communication. I help them find ways to connect and break cycles. I use strength-building and mindfulness techniques to help clients move past stress and emotions that tend to close down our ability to be present.
