Emily has helped me so much. She's warm and caring and easy to talk to. She is so insightful and understanding and gives great advice. She's given me the tools I need to reach the goals I set out to attain when we first started working together. I highly recommend her!

Emily helped me learn new ways to deal with my anxiety and past trauma. This was my first time with a therapist and she immediately made me feel comfortable and heard. I have many new tools in my toolkit to help with my anxiety and I would never have been able to get to where I am now without this help. I would highly recommend her.
