Everyone has the capacity to make positive change! I meet each client with kindness and curiosity, offering unconditional support, and the occasional challenge. As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and accepting space for you to feel valued and supported. I often use humor, music, and conversations about shared personal interests to develop the therapeutic relationship. I believe that each of us are experts in our own lives: I am simply here to be the co-pilot on your journey. work with adolescents and adults in their journey to build an understanding and awareness of their symptoms and help figure out how to manage and heal from their experiences. I have experience working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, identity issues, and other life challenges. I aim to be a powerful advocate for people in marginalized communities. I believe in celebrating each person’s full intersectional identity and providing culturally responsive and social-justice oriented therapy.
