Emily is fantastic! I have been working with her on my social anxiety and overall worry and anxiety. I have been with Emily for almost 3 years. In those years Emily helped me find my confidence and with that came strength. Through my sessions I grew. I was a single mom when we started our sessions and I have built my dream life with an amazing husband and another child (and another on the way). Emily never told me what to do, rather she asked questions that acted as guides to finding my own conclusions. She’s level headed and completely non-judgemental. I have laughed, cried, and had moments of revelation on her sofa. I still have work to do, but I know with her help I am on the path to becoming the best me possible.

Emily was always extremely professional. She was exactly what I needed during an extremely difficult time. I had seen a couple different therapists prior to Emily, but could honestly not compare to the comfort I felt with Emily. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I would very likely see her again.
I saw her only through Zoom because of the pandemic.
