I offer a trauma informed approach that blends together art therapy, talk therapy, and EMDR to create a therapeutic experience that meets each client where they are. Whether you're seeking creative expression, deep emotional processing, or simply a safe space to be heard, I offer a warm, collaborative environment where you can feel supported and empowered. My goal is to provide a compassionate, personalized space where growth feels possible.
I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma & build resilience by blending evidence based techniques with creative expression. I guide individuals in exploring emotions, processing challenging experiences and strengthening their mind-body connection. I also offer EMDR & art therapy as adjunct treatments to complement work being done with other providers.
