Erica Merante is a Resident in Counseling.
My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment and to evoke a presence of compassion and empathy to build upon and enhance the therapeutic relationship. In doing so, I hope to provide clients with the tools to understand and harness the complex interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, to foster deeper, more authentic, and meaningful relationships with themselves, others, and the world. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, navigating life transitions and challenges, interpersonal relationships, and building their self-esteem.
In working with clients, I combine person-centered, holistic, and eclectic approaches that are specific and unique to each individual for a pathway toward change and healing.
I am available for in-person and virtual sessions Monday through Friday and am honored to have the privilege to witness my client’s path to achieving mental wellness and flourishing.
