Hello and welcome! My name is Erica, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. I strive to provide a warm, safe, and inviting space to help guide you through this journey of healing. Life is often overwhelming and hard, but you do not have to figure it all out on your own. I am here to help you navigate your roadmap and get you to a place of emotional wellness. Join me in a place where your healing process can begin. I am passionate about empowering others to get out of damaging behaviors and patterns that have you stuck in a cycle that you have been repeating over and over.
As your therapist, my primary goal is to connect with you to help you resolve everyday issues. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to help you expand on your strengths and coping skills as well as hold you accountable for reaching your goals. I have several years of experience working with children and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, marital issues, family-relational issues, grief, self-esteem issues, and addiction issues.
