My name is TaErra but most people just call me Tae. I started this journey as a therapist to make sense of the world I was living in but it became my passion when I began to see the fruit of healing in others lives. I have had the chance to work with those experiencing mood disorders, relational issues, and traumarelated disorders. I have also worked with many who like to integrate their Christian beliefs into therapy. My goal is to help you understand the impact that life experiences have had on shaping how you see yourself, others, and the world. I use EMDR, Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
