Ive tried therapy in the past and did not enjoy the beginning where they get to know you. It has always been an “interview” type feel. But Erica seemed to genuinely have an interest in getting to know me, my goals, and what’s important to me for our relationship as therapist and client. As we’ve been working together, she actively listens and shares relevant experiences of her own to help conceptualize what I’m thinking. She helps me set reasonable goals and talks through any doubts I have in a very encouraging and empowering way. She’s amazing and I would definitely recommend Erica to others with similar challenges and goals as myself!
