overall, the session went well. I was able to connect to the zoom/virtual session just fine, and the video/audio connection was good. I was able to have an in-depth discussion with my therapist. She asked q's about my family background, formative years, work life, social life, and other aspects of my life, that has led me to our therapy session today.
