I'm Internal Family Systems (Level 2 plus trained) and EMDR certified therapist utilizing Maley techniques to support client self-discovery, acceptance and growth. I am compassionate, professional & interactive bringing extensive experience to the process of meeting your treatment and life goals. In my work, I help people to heal by accessing & healing their protective & wounded inner parts. Often in therapy we focus on creating inner & outer connectedness as we embody the authentic Self, and from that space, come to understand and heal the parts carrying the burdens. We may use journaling, art or other techniques to facilitate this process. Life journey can be hard and you may be tired of trying. With fifteen years of experience in the field, I have worked with Maley individuals including youth, adults of all ages, and families with warm, compassionate & non-judgmental support to reach their goals. I consider myself an interactive therapist, who is able to attune to my client's needs well.
