Through a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach, I strive to assist individuals who need support in addressing concerns in their lives. My first appointment with Francesca went very well. She makes you feel comfortable right away and listens intently. During our conversation she allowed space for me to gather my thoughts before responding. I look forward to our follow-up sessions.
