I am passionate about the ability of therapy to help my clients create change and find peace. I will work with you at your speed in exploring your unique experiences, challenges, goals, and whatever else you would like to talk about. Therapy offers an effective opportunity for exploration and self-acceptance. Therapy can be a challenge, but also a deeply rewarding process as you develop strategies to overcome difficulties. As a 58 year old, I became a therapist later in life after experiencing the benefits of a counseling relationship first hand.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we will build a safe and trusting relationship. I look forward to working with you to attain your therapeutic goals. I will help you to gain insights and develop coping skills to effect positive changes in your life. Currently, I have everyday, except Sunday, available.
