Gina Mandell is the owner and founder of Integrative Therapy Services. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago.
Gina brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings including community mental health, hospitals, and group clinical practice. She works with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, life transitions and more. Within a supportive environment, Gina can assist clients with making connections leading to improved outlook, reduced stress and achieving balance.
Gina uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to assist individuals based on their needs and personal goals. She works with individuals to help them understand and heal from their past in order to move forward in their lives, as well as focus on issues at hand and collaborate to discover alternative ways of coping.
Although Gina works with a diverse population and a variety of issues, her expertise is in working with young adults who are experiencing transitions relevant to their stage of life. She recognizes that there can be anxiety that comes along with change, whether it be transitioning from high school to college or the workforce, adjusting to changes in living arrangements, transitioning into a new employment field, or relationship issues.
