I use Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT), which was created by Dr. Jon Connelly at the Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy, Inc. and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults. I specialize in treating abuse survivors, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, heartbreak, social anxiety, anger, shame, resentment, and regret.
