Psychotherapist

One of my primary goals in therapy is to help clients experience a sense of “légèreté”—to feel lighter and freer in their lives. I create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves authentically. I believe people inherently know what they need but may sometimes lose touch with that awareness. My work involves helping clients reconnect with their inner knowing, fostering clarity, and empowering them to articulate their needs and desires. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral and relational frameworks. I believe our thoughts and behaviors profoundly influence how we feel, so I focus on exploring clients’ inner experiences to uncover patterns driving their actions. Through this exploration, I help clients gain insights and identify actionable steps to align their lives with their values and aspirations. When working with couples, I incorporate an emotionally focused approach to nurture physical and emotional intimacy. I guide partners in developing communication skills and emotional regulation, helping them express their emotional needs effectively. I also offer pre-marital counseling to support couples in building a strong foundation for a lasting partnership. I am passionate about holding space for the full spectrum of human emotions. By practicing radical acceptance, I invite clients to explore all aspects of their experience—from guilt and shame to joy and pleasure—without judgment. This compassionate exploration is the starting point for meaningful change. I view change as a gradual process that often involves unpacking challenging or unspoken truths. I encourage clients to see setbacks not as failures but as opportunities to uncover deeper insights or unmet needs. My role is to support clients in navigating these moments with curiosity and understanding, allowing them to transform patterns that no longer serve them.
