Hi, I'm Gina and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in San Diego, CA and serving all of California online.
I love working with 20 and 30 something year-old women who are high functioning and highly motivated to address issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and codependency.
I'm not your old-school, stuffy therapist. I use a fresh, modern, interactive, and relatable approach to therapy. We'll go deep in sessions to move stuff at a core level through the use of Parts Work (Internal Family Systems and Ego-State Therapy), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness techniques, and talk therapy.
Together, we'll discover what subconscious processes and parts may be running your life and holding you back. Then, we'll work to unburden these patterns/parts and strengthen the wisest and most adult version of yourself so that you can start living with emotional freedom and intention.
Many of my clients give the feedback that they experience positive shifts and insight even after just one session. I include this to give you hope that this could be you, too!
