I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I attended Florida State University earning my Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in May 2007. I have provided over 8 years of therapy to children, adolescents, teens, and adults with mental health diagnoses such as trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar. In addition, I have worked as an ESE Teacher for Hillsborough County School District for 8 years primarily teaching students with Learning Disabilities and ADHD. I have provided mental health services to a diverse population and acquired experience using cognitive behavioral therapy as well as solution-focused therapy.
