Starting therapy takes courage, especially when you’re feeling unsure, vulnerable, or overwhelmed and I deeply respect the bravery it takes to show up anyway. I know what it’s like to sit in the client chair, feeling scared but still choosing to take that leap toward self-understanding and better mental health. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Part of this means I aim to decolonize therapy in sessions by honoring diverse cultural perspectives, identities, and ways of knowing, and challenging traditional power dynamics in the therapist–client relationship. In this space I want you to be yourself. Snacks? Absolutely. A simple chore while we talk because you need to keep your body busy? Go for it. Therapy doesn’t have to look "traditional", we’ll make it work for you. I’ve worked with teens, adults, couples, and families, and I bring a warm, easygoing, and person-centered approach to every session. Therapy with me is collaborative and honest, no pressure to have it all figured out. I believe both the client and therapist are doing their best, showing up as perfectly flawed humans. Growth often asks us to step into some discomfort, and I’m here to support you as you take those steps toward understanding yourself and your relationships.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
