I am a devoted Christian Therapist and Pastor. I have 22 years of experience, working with individuals, who struggle with depression, anxiety, mental health disorders, spiritual and faith issues, grief and loss, trauma, anger, marital issues, and substance abuse/dependence issues.
I have been trained in the evidence-based practices of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), seeking safety, and Biblical counseling.
I have a masters of divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a masters of counseling psychology and also a ThD in biblical counseling.
I am a compassionate and caring therapist and committed to providing professional and discerning counseling that is rooted in the truth of God’s Word.
I look forward to walking with you through the process of growth, renewal, and redemption and through the restorative acts of Jesus. We will take time to get to the root of your concerns so that genuine healing can take place.
