My 9 yo daughter sees Heather once a week and absolutely loves her. She always looks forward to seeing her and knows that she can talk to Heather about anything, which has really helped with my daughter’s anxiety.
Heathers approach with my daughter is to help her learn how to effectively manage her stress and anxiety. She has great ideas on how to do that and knows how to get on the same level of a 9 year old.

Heather has been an amazing part of our son’s (11yo) mental health journey. He enjoys coming to see her and I’ve seen so many positive changes. As a parent; to see someone else advocate for your child in all aspects of life is truly refreshing.
