Most relevant
Had a no call no show with this provider, waited on a call for 45 minutes and tried calling the office/sending messages. And then was still charged for the meeting that never happened. Poor communication in this regards. Also had another same day cancellation, I was given notice but still was charged for that meeting as well. This all happened in the span of only 3-4 weeks. This may not be this specific person's fault but the office she works for needs to have better systems in place to handle cancellations.
