Holly's perspective: “My mission in life became clear due to my own trials and challenges as well as my education and extensive training. I am here to help others with struggles like depression, anxiety, heart break, or traumas of sexual assault, domestic violence or other personal tragedies. I specialize in providing therapy to children, adolescents and young adults and love to help families heal (or heal from) disconnected relationships. As we venture on a journey to improve your mental health, I will be authentically present to hear your story and patiently encourage steps towards growth. There will be celebrations and occasional roadblocks, and it is all part of the learning process. It is a great honor to earn someone’s trust and witness vulnerability during the therapeutic process. I am here to truly listen and to provide a safe space for your emotions and your authentic self.
