Let me preface this by saying that I’ve never been to physical therapy, and very much a novice to physical activity. I was nervous for my appointment, but as soon as I walked into the office, the receptionist greeted me warmly and kindly. Dr. Lei herself was such a ray of sunshine. My appointment started off with some manual manipulation of my problem areas, and Dr. Lei made sure to check in with me with every movement to make sure I could tolerate it. Afterwards, she moved onto the exercise portion, and was very patient in correcting my positioning. She talks you through all the exercises, and will modify them to be easier or harder, given how you do and feel. Besides her stellar bedside manner, she also was very knowledgeable about the muscles and joints I was working on, and was able to pinpoint exactly where I was having pain. All in all, what a great experience, and she makes me look forward to my next appointment. Thanks to Dr. Lei and all the staff at Stellar Physical Therapy!

Dr. Lei spent the entire session working on scar and tight tissues. I would recommend her 10/10 to anyone who is tired of having PTs having you do a session of exercises that you can do at home.

The physical therapist was excellent, very knowledgeable in her field of work, I can’t believe that I was being treated for shoulder pain by other dr’s for years with no positive results. So I came to this amazing physical therapist & she said it’s not your shoulder where the problem is, it’s your neck.. wow!!!!… and within a few minutes I was able to move my arms and shoulder without excessive pain. She’s Absolutely amazing, she listened to all my issues & she showed me some techniques on how to have less pain. Did I mention she’s absolutely amazing in her field of work!.. highly recommend.
