My therapeutic approach is compassionate, creative, and collaborative. Core to my practice is creating a safe, non-judgmental space that opens the door for exploration. We will work together to unearth behavioral roots and break emotional patterns that no longer serve you so that you can step into your most authentic self. Together, we will bring healing, connection, and love to your life.
I invite you to explore your mind/body connection in our sessions. By linking the physical manifestations of emotions to the cognitive narratives we tell ourselves, we can better understand how we are feeling, heal past traumas, and develop skills for managing distress.
My work ranges from supporting first-time therapy-goers—particularly cis-men—who are struggling to understand their emotions and communicate their needs, to seasoned therapy-lovers ready to take their work deeper. I am especially passionate about working with couples and polycules, and I also work closely with LGBTQIA+ and sex worker individuals.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, which informs my commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.
