Hi, My name is Ida Lonnerdal, and I am a Licenced Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that everybody is working toward being their highest self. Most people need some encouragement, guidance, processing, and skills to be their best selves, and I believe that I can help you.
Life on life’s terms can get in the way of this, and I am an ally for people who want to live their best lives. I have experience working with people who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, depression, and anxiety, to name just a few. As a woman of color, I am equipped to hold space for issues of race and identity. I’m a solution-focused, strengths-based, CBT, DBT, EMDR trained therapist and want to support you in making lasting change. I’m looking forward to meeting you.
