Amparo is a personal guardian of my mental health. She is empathetic and caring. I hold my deepest trust with her as I share my life’s biggest hurdles. Her strategies in navigating life have given me a better outlook on life. Someone who can listen is invaluable. She’s family as far as I am concerned. I would recommend her always.

Amparo has been my therapist since November of 2022. She is great at understanding my mental health needs and in providing guidance and support to the ongoing concerns that i have and has provided great and supportive feedback. She has always promptly communicated with me on scheduling and is on time for my sessions and i feel she's present and engaged during my sessions about my past and current concerns bringing in light to what changes and steps i have to take to reach results. As productive therapy is not a single-handed process or a hand holding effort, i feel Amparo provide me the right amount of guidance and confrontation to see past my issues and challenges.
She's good at helping me in breaking down bigger overwhelming problems to manageable parts to address each one and in following up with each to ensure they are manageable targets within timelines understanding my other life challenges.
