I was looking forward to my appointment for this evening at 7pm. I texted the provider a few minutes before the appointment time because I never received a link for video and asked if this appointment was just over the phone - she did not respond. At 7:15 I texted her again to see if something came up- and again, she did not respond. It’s now 8:26 and still no word from the provider. Thankfully I’m not having a mental health crisis. I’m very disappointed in being ghosted by a mental health professional.

Such a great therapist and kind person. Will do anything for her clients and thoroughly help them through problems. She made me realize different things about myself that I did as a reaction to my trauma. She helps me highlight things and tells me how to improve them. She was very easy to talk to and I felt like I finally got that connection with a therapist that I needed in order to help myself. Very loving and genuine and not judge mental despite what you do. Will definitely recommend her to anybody no matter their age or background.

It was really good I’m very excited to continue therapy. She was a great listener and helped me understand a lot of things I wasn’t aware of. She is very knowledgeable and I am grateful for this app for allowing me to access this care
