My goal is to provide a safe and warm, nonjudgmental space where I utilize approaches such as person centered, DBT, CBT, strength-based therapy for you to thrive and become the best version of yourself. I am also an EMDR trained clinician. Whether you want me to be your sounding board, obtain a different perspective or process some of the deeper-rooted trauma, we can explore in the ways that serve you best.
