Driven by his passion for helping others and the importance of diversity, Alonzo left his hometown in rural Illinois and moved to the Chicagoland area to gain experience working with a diverse population of individuals dealing with various mental health concerns. While providing a warm, judgement free, and open-minded environment to his clients, Alonzo focuses on using cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approaches and mindfulness-based interventions to address his clients’ needs.
