Hi please call my office before scheduling as we offer complimentary sessions (646) 781-8887. I am a psychotherapist licensed by the state of New York, with a master's in social work from Fordham University. I specialize in issues such as relationship problems, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, obsessive thinking, substance use, grief and loss, life and career transitions. My approach is integrative and tailored to the needs of each client. Through the use of insight oriented, as well as evidence based here-and-now strategies, I work collaboratively to address each client’s specific needs.
My work as a therapist is influenced by over ten years of experience working as a private yoga instructor, specializing in therapeutics. I look forward to working with you to help potentiate your own well being, connect to your authentic self, and develop the tools to create a more joyful, fulfilling life.
It is my belief that therapy is a practical, technique oriented process of gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves, and that therapy provides us with the tools to make positive changes in our thought processes and behaviors.
