Hi there, I'm Jaclyn!
Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Jaclyn ("Jacky") Gramazio and I have been working in the mental health field since 2002. I have worked with individuals and families in a variety of community-based settings which contributes to my eclectic client-centered person-in-the-environment approach to assisting others in reaching their wellness goals.
My approach
At my core, I am a non-judgmental cheerleader and tour guide focused on assisting you in navigating life's challenges! I avoid toxic positivity and will never suggest that your suffering has a silver lining unless that is a perspective that you personally wish to adopt and explore. My approach is both trauma-informed and strength-based. I employ a variety of modalities including CBT, NLP, somatic processing, and mindfulness techniques to assist my clients through their personal journey.
My focus
I value individuality and personal autonomy and work well with clients seeking a non-judgmental supportive clinician. I enjoy working with people from various generations and cultures and affirm my client's unique sense of self as it pertains to gender identity, sexuality, religion, politics, and neurodiversity.
My communication style
I am a direct and intuitive communicator who will gladly adjust my approach to suit my client's individual needs and preferences. I welcome feedback and provide an objective reflection to those who seeking this support.
