Hi there, I'm Yesenia! I have devoted the last 4 years to providing bilingual (Spanish and English) services to individuals, families, and couples, as well as children, teens, and adults of all ages of all different ethnicities, races, and cultures. My approach Respecting your identity, culture, and autonomy is my main goal. By using an eclectic approach, I can ensure that each treatment is individualized and specialized for each client in front of me. My focus Helping clients with anxiety, self-esteem struggles, life changes, and everyday struggles has been a main focus of mine. Helping clients develop therapeutic goals such as coping skills, identifying triggers, and challenging them, as well as processing trauma, can all be done as a team. My communication style I like to use active listening skills to help the client feel heard and understood, as well as create a safe, non-judgmental environment. I believe this is best approached by using clear and open communication.
