Taking the first step towards therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create an environment where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and understood, free from judgment. I firmly believe that every person has the capacity to change and heal. Therapy provides a unique opportunity to explore one’s emotions, behaviors, and thoughts, uncovering areas that may be hindering growth and unlocking the path to a more fulfilling life.
I use evidence-based approaches, including harm reduction strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to support clients in overcoming obstacles. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as empowering those who are seeking to make positive changes in their lives.
My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your experiences and begin to work toward the growth and transformation you seek.
