I earned a BA in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. I have experience counseling individuals dealing with substance use, depression, life stressors, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other areas. My treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I am committed to my community through church initiatives and nonprofit efforts.
