Are you under stress? Overwhelmed? Do you feel unable to move ahead in your life? Would you like to feel more effective with your children or in your marriage? I have 30 years of experience in individual, child, and family counseling, as well as couple counseling. I am multilingual and can conduct therapy in English, Spanish, and French. I work with issues ranging from life goals (work, relationships) and transitions (divorce, loss) to chronic mental illness, trauma/PTSD, adoption, and attachment issues. I listen to who you are, what you want, and where you want to get to. Together, we identify your strengths and obstacles to your goals. Although I work from a cognitive base, I draw from many theoretical techniques including psychodynamic, developmental, trauma recovery, EMDR, art therapy, and others. We find what works best for you. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Denver.
