Welcome! I’m Janika Perry (Montgomery), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) in the state of Georgia. I am also the proud owner and founder of Peaceful Horizons Counseling, LLC, where I provide both clinical services and supervision to developing therapists. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Shorter University and a Master of Education in Professional Counseling from the University of West Georgia. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. My clinical work focuses on supporting clients with: Anxiety and stress ( Social Anxiety, Panic, and etc.) Self-esteem and identity development Anger management Behavioral and emotional regulation Family and relationship issues I draw from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and developmental stage. As a Clinical Supervisor, I am committed to fostering the growth of new therapists through ethical guidance, collaborative support, and a strong focus on professional development.
