We all experience loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions at some point in our lives, but we do not have to go through these challenges alone. I want to help you work through these challenges in a caring, safe environment.
I sincerely enjoy listening to people and learning their stories. I work to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients. I view challenges from a Humanistic Orientation; however, I can adapt to my clients’ needs regarding how they like to conceptualize the world around them and respond best to solutions to move them forward. I have worked for over eight years with individuals to provide counseling, support, and therapeutic guidance.
